Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how AI Development team (“we”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Service.

What we collect

• Account data — email, hashed password, and an optional display name. Used to authenticate you and contact you about the Service.
• Project data — the project descriptions, requirements, and conversation messages you submit. Stored on the dedicated server allocated to your account.
• Billing data — when you pay via Stripe, Stripe stores your card details on its PCI-compliant infrastructure; we receive and store the customer ID, subscription ID, and price ID only.
• Operational logs — pipeline run logs, validator reports, and audit entries. Retained for 90 days for support and incident investigation.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your project data with third parties.
• We do not use your project content to train external models.
• We do not co-mingle your data with another customer's data; each subscriber has a dedicated execution server.

Subprocessors

The Service is built on top of providers that process limited categories of data on our behalf:

• Stripe — payments (billing data only)
• GitHub — your project source repository (you retain ownership)
• Atlassian (Jira) — your project task tracker
• Anthropic / similar AI providers — the LLM inference that powers the pipeline. Project content is sent to these providers only as part of pipeline execution; no human at those providers reviews it.

Your rights

You can export, delete, or request a copy of your data at any time. The portal provides a ZIP export of every project; account deletion can be requested by emailing archil.odishelidze@gmail.com. After cancellation, your data remains accessible for fourteen (14) days, then is permanently deleted.
